3 MORE DAYS TO ORD! Ok rightfully I’m supposed to be very happy but with this Wisdom tooth coming along and make my everyday so painful. How can I be happy? Went back to see the dentist and was given more antibiotics #%@#%$^!

Last friday was shooting for new drama and it turn out to be the most painful experience cause I forgot to bring my pain killer and I was in so much pain. I’m sure that scene will turn out quite funny and terrible. Still grateful to director and all crews for being so understanding with me. Now really hope I will recover on time by next thursday for the next shoot. Come to think of it again, this shoot make me learnt a lot especially from the 2 actors.

It seem so long since I last acted in front of the camera. Hmmm… how was it like last time???

Finally bought myself a iPhone and I bought it together with my best friend. Been playing with my phone for days and I never seem to get bored with it but the battery does drained really fast.

I don’t consider myself lucky for the fact that I actually have 4x wisdom tooth but again having wisdom tooth is pretty common. I guess it will be good for me to drop down my experience before I forget everything. Anyway i extracted my 4x wisdom tooth yesterday morning. My tooth does not hurt but according to the dentist one of them already start to decay. So since i’m still covered under NS I might as well get it all out. Getting all 4 out wasn’t a hard decision but choosing between local and general anesthetic was a tough one. ok i’m not that brave afterall haha I choose GA.

I still remember how it feel like when I step into the Surgery room, it was cold and the moment I lay down on the surgery bed, I can feel myself shivering and the nurse placed a blanket over me. haa… it was quite exciting till the part where they have to poke the needle into my hand and damn it they missed it quite a few time and i just have to bear with the pain lol.

After the needles was successfully done the anesthetist came over and ask me some Qs.  I think that was the cut off point, where I just went into a deep sleep. It took me about 1h30mins to wake up. It wasn’t that bad but my gauze pad was full of blood and I have to keep changing for like every 5-8mins… too bad i dun have a camera with me. that so classic! jus like “puke blood!” lolx

So today is the second day and i’m feeling much better, able to eat more food BUT still I can’t eat my favorite chips & fried stuff. Also friends bought me a really delicious Cocao Spread from Italy. It’s dark chocolate and it smell so good but too bad it’s too sticky, not recommended to eat now or else will have hard time cleaning it.

Now what i’m concern is how to have a speedy recovery?!?!?! arrgg… my right side of the tongue is still numb thou my lower lips and chin are fully recovered. sigh…

Last week went to watched Michael Jackson – THIS IS IT the movie. Well I don’t consider myself a Jackson’s fan but he is popular. Even my parent know about him. Basically this movie is more of a documentary on his preparation and rehearsal for his coming concert but sadly we couldn’t see it happen but I believe that concert is going to be a good one cause I can so picture it how high everyone going to be when he sing all the fans favorite songs and with all the visual, sound, lighting effect come into place! When i’m watching in the theater, it was almost full house and everyone is humming and even sing along with him. That feeling is quite nice =)

Yup I appreciate what comes my way and reality is always ugly. U don’t always get everything you want… but life is a game, u have to work hard for what you want even if you don’t get the result be grateful that U at least have chance to try

In about 2 more weeks I will be officially ORD! well, the excitement is getting dimmer cause now that i’m clearing Lve / Off it already feel like i’m ORD-ed and honestly my vision is still blur cause I have not settle down yet, thou i’m doing good at the moment but I believe it can be better.

Watched many movies this month, some were bad and some were terrible (why do I even choose it?) but some were EXCELLENT! I narrow down to 3 of them! and they are………………….

I tears when I watched My Sister’s Keeper and I in my memory the last time I tears so badly is with Titanic (OMG that’s a classic film isn’t it) therefore I’m very happy after the show cause another good film touched me! It was so good that I’m gonna buy the DVD just like what I did after watching Titanic and FYI last time the technology only have LD (laser disc) and it was quite expensive I spend abt $80 on it.

One of the reason I like J&J is because of Meryl Streep and it all started from Devil wears Prada and follow by Mamma Mia! then Doubt and now Julie & Julia =) She’s good and this film was quite different… it makes me wanna COOK as well lol =)

500 days is simply the Sweet Romantic Story but I think mainly is the Casting, especially the male & female lead and I like the way they edit the film. Instead of going day by day they bring you to back and throw u back to the beginning and U jus want to continue to find out more. It’s quite interesting I must say.

Monday Oct 19, another start of the week… past few days had been a mixture of happy, excited, satisfied and sad. Grateful to all the things that fall in place for me and with support from friends I got the extra motivation to do my best.

Attended a wake recently, one of my operator’s mother passed away. Thou this not the first time i attended a wake but maybe i’m older now that’s why there’s more impact on me. Life can be so short and full of surprises. I can’t help it but to think one day my loves one will go (esp my parent) so how will I cope with it? Am I doing my best now to bring joy and peace to their life while they still around? Is funny that I only type all this in my blog & diary but never have I tell them face to face that I care & love them so much. Maybe is the practice since young… my family don’t express much (typical S’porean style?) unlike the western they kiss & hug to express their love to the family members.

Well, all I want to say is I love you guys so much. I may not be the best son in the world but both of you are the best parent in my life!

Thanks to Qian Ni for taking this pic during CLEO Rocks @ Zirca (yah, this was a girlfriend t-shirt outfit by Dusty) . It was a very good experience modelling with all these professional models who come all over the world. Some of them shared their experience being in runway for brand like LV & Prada. which I’ll never reach there haha… but it feels great to work with these model. I get to learnt from them as well..

It was a great experience to have my fingers pampered. All thanks to this Jewellery Shoot who let me experience the feeling of doing Manicure.

It’s weird to sit on the sofa with lady polishing my nails and I’ll never forget what she said.. “Relax your fingers you are very tense, is this your First Time?” I burst out laughing and nod my head. Oh well, indeed it feels good to see my nails shine for the first time and it was super clean with all the little dead skin removed. Price wise… it was SGD25 per session (I think only for manicure, pedicure not sure) and it was paid by the client =)

So in short, this was a wedding band shoot. Took almost 2hrs to finish it. and it’s not easy haha. hope it turn out good. =/

Oh man, my bro yesterday received his new iPhone 3GS and i’m happily playing it all day long. Is very interactive I must say, plus there are tons of games/application for you to download but to enjoy the game in full ver. you have to PAY. not very expensive but still range between S$1 – S$10.

Anyone have any iPhone application related site can introduce? erm.. like… free games? in full ver. (evil laugh)

Ok i’m so addicted with it and I can’t wait to grab one but it’s quite expensive. How much different will it make in term of space with 16GB & 32GB? Is 16GB enough? and is there any news saying that next VERSION of 3GS is coming????

Some good news, finally secured some assignment for modeling and acting. So you guys might see me back on track where I used to enjoy so much and of coz after almost 2yrs of NS i’ve grown up alot more. Is quite a interesting path to go and no one say is easy so why do I still going for it? I guess alot of ppls must be asking this Qs and even my mom is asking me… cause to her a (8 to 5) job is good enough. well, I guess is the Passion especially in acting, I dun think my acting skill is that fantastic but still i’m giving my best when opportunity comes.

Modeling on the other hand is easy money, You walk down the runway, you pose and just be pretty/handsome but again is not that simple. The assignment which I secured was like a hell task, standing with all the Caucasian make me feel so small in other word “short”. Thou, i’m like 182cm but those guys out there are easily 187cm! So I must be pretty Lucky to be chosen isn’t it?

Congrat to Janice & Jason on their wedding, well it seem like one by one all my female friends are getting married. haha.. even Angelia already had 2 cute children and congrat to Rebecca as well for being pregnance, 5 more months to GO.

As for me… 25 more days to O.R.D (exclude weekend!)
I think I will have some good news to announce soon… dun worry i’m not getting married and of cuz i’m not pregnance!

Although my religion is Christian but I’m not active in it cause I see myself more of a free-thinker but never the less I still do believe the exist of Jesus. This morning there is this 2 lady who drop by my house and have a  short sharing session. honestly, the first thought is “are they trying to sell me anything?” I’m sure most of us feel this way when stranger approach you. oh well, at least I do but I decided to give it a try since there’s no harm listening…  so it was about sharing the name of GOD. I appreciate their effort in standing for 15mins outside my gate and sharing this name call Jehova. at least for this morning I get to know something new.

Yesterday did a interview with our new trainees who just posted into our unit. It was a different kind of responsibility.. to enlighten them and solve all their problems. I never know how important a Interview can get till yesterday. Sadly, most of them are fear of the training and some even thought of giving up when the actual training had not even start. Although I can’t see their graduation ceremony but I sure hope to see them endure and finish this 16weeks.

As for me, I need to pack up and start my journey. I not sure how is going to be but will be optimistic. Afterall, i’m 24 there’s still a long long way to go isn’t it…

To indicate this substitution in the Masoretic Text, the Masoretes added the vowel points from the word “Adonai” to the Sacred Name. Early Christian translators mistakenly combined the vowels of Adonai with the consonants of YHWH, producing the word “YaHoWaH.” When the Scriptures were translated into German during the Reformation (16th century), the word was transliterated into the German way of pronouncing it: the “Y” as the English “J”, and the “W” as the English “V” — or “Jahovah.” In the early 17th century, the Scriptures were translated into English and the word was again transliterated, as “Jehovah.”

Last time use to get it in the “Pasa Malam” then it stopped and I only get to enjoy it again during the trip to Taiwan cause this snow frost dessert is originated from Taiwan. COCO before CHANEL

The film portrays the formative years of Chanel’s life, the years of Chanel spent discovering and inventing herself.”

Caught this movie a week ago. basically this a life story of Gabrielle Chanel, known as Coco, before she became famous. Enjoyed this movie especially with the French language it makes it sound so nice. True Story is always the best but on the other hand. it always come with a sad ending too. If you read her biography, you will have known that after her mother’s death, she was put in an orphanage by her father who worked as a peddler. She was raised by nuns who taught her how to sew—a skill that would lead to her life’s work.

This movie also gave me a glimpse of the era back in late 80s and early 90s. The clothes, dress they put on themselve and how accessories like feathers that differentiate their “level” back in their era/society. Is quite interesting and fun to see Gabrielle Chanel having her own style which is totally different and maybe to the rest back then, it was just unacceptable. I love her confidence and admire peoples with such confidence and able to make decision without others influence. Sometimes, I hope to have such courage when i’m put to make a decision. I may seem confident but still lacking somehow.

About AUDREY TAUTOU, actually I never heard of her before till this movie but hey she was famous and it was said that she stars in all the Great Movie and of cause her acting is good! Will start to dig out all her past movies.

Another 50++ days and I’m stepping out to face the world and finally can start doing things I like but there’s like a dark fear inside me cause I never know how things will turn out. I’m not worried about finding a job but is the right job which i’m worried about. I do not wish to stuck at a career which I don’t enjoy and live my life like how the majority did. I want to be different and take control of what I want. Is as simple as that isn’t it? =)
